LLC, IRS and bank use (provider's own words)
LegalZoom says 'you can use a virtual mailbox for LLC registration and other business registration purposes in most states', and adds that 'you must still maintain a registered agent to receive legal service of process'. Checks can be mailed to your bank; overnight shipping is free for Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo deposits.
