About MailboxMath

MailboxMath is an independent reference for US virtual mailboxes. It exists because the advertised plan price is rarely what people end up paying.

Virtual mailbox pricing is spread across plan cards, footnotes, FAQ answers and terms of service, and some networks let every location set its own fees. We collect those published numbers in one place, date them, link them, and do the arithmetic so you can compare providers on the month you'll actually have.

We also explain the paperwork (USPS Form 1583) and the question everyone asks about LLCs and bank accounts, using the USPS's own rules and the providers' own words.

We don't rate providers, don't publish reviews we didn't write as customers, and don't guess missing fees. See the methodology and the affiliate disclosure.

Nothing here is legal, tax or banking advice.
